My name is Roderick Monroe and I am a sophomore at East Texas Baptist University, majoring in kinesiology with a marketing minor . I pride myself on being a spiritual man who loves working with children. During the school year I help out at the local preschool. At my church, I am an active youth leader for 3 years now. The reason I love working as a youth leader is because I always have the chance to be there for kids as a godly role model and give them advice anytime they need it. Additionally, I have some experience with caring for autistic children from taking care of my cousin.Often times I've watched my nephew as well. Lastly I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
