This past summer I worked with a summer program at Springs of Grace church, as an intern. My job required me to help run things at the Christian Life Center from 8 am until 2 pm. During that time I was with 80 to 100 children. We would play games with them, fix them food during lunch time, and just be their mentors. Being a role model and providing a safe environment for sometimes under privileged children was what we wanted and strived for.
