I am 19 years old, currently a freshman at High Point University in North Carolina, I went to school at Acton-Boxborough High School, and I grew up with three sisters. I started out as all babysitters should, a mothers helper. While the parent would be in the other room I would be watching and entertaining the kids with fun activities. We would play "house" together, watch a show, play tag outside, go on walks up and down the street (on the sidewalk of course.) When I was finally ready to graduate from being a mother's helper and finally become a babysitter I would start off with my next door neighbor's. I took the babysitting course at Emerson Hospital and learned all the tips there were to know. I started out with babysitting at night time and having to put the kids to sleep, get them ready for bed and read Read more them stories. Then my mom and dad would start getting me jobs from their work friends and so I would meet new families and new kids. I love to be around kids, their energy helps to keep me from feeling old :) I do not have my own car but my family owns 4 cars so it won't be a challenge to have access for transportation! I am looking to be a summer time nanny since I am so far away from my hometown during school. I get back to acton early May.
