My name is Sarah and I'm a senior at UMass, Amherst! I am a weathered and loving babysitter and teacher, with experience with children from 2 months- 16 years. I love singing, story telling, all kinds of arts and crafts, as well as playing in the snow and building with legos! After graduating high school, I was hired by an education non-profit City Year, and relocated to teach and tutor in Miami, FL. I taught middle school ELA in the Miami school system for a year before college and have been continuing to tutor in English, now entering my 9th year of tutoring and mentoring. I am the middle child of 7, and am used to all kinds of the excitement children can be, especially toddlers to middle school aged children. In addition, I can speak Portuguese and some Spanish. I have a drivers license and a clean record. I Read more can provide recommendations from previous families I was able to be apart of upon request. I can't wait to meet your family :) Thank you and happy new year!
