Hello! I am a current undergraduate student at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, home for the summer in Long Valley, NJ. While I have had other jobs in the past, I have found that I much rather be a babysitter to be able to work with children. I have an extensive amount of experience with children of all While home on breaks or during her summer school session, I like to volunteer at her school. I also am an older cousin to 5 and enjoy helping out my aunts and uncles. Starting freshman year of high school I began to occassionally sit for a family with a 2-year-old girl and twin 7-year-old boys. While that family moved away, it has given me the opportinity to work with other wonderful children. I also babysat for a family with two girls ages 3 and 6. Most recently, for the past 2 summers and Read more last school year I have babysat for the same family with a 9-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl. I did everything from cooking, cleaning, driving to homework, sports and other fun activities with these kids. Overall, I have some great references that could offer some insight on how I work with kids! Personally, I would describe myself as loving, responsible, reliable, caring and fun! I am a very detail-oriented person who is very organized. I am a great listener and am willing to learn about the dynamics of your family.
