I'm a mother of 3 grown daughters and former middle school teacher. My daughters include a set of twins which were born when my first daughter was barely 2. I love babies and have a great deal of experience handling them. I'm not a grandma yet but I'm sure looking forward to that. When I went into teaching I chose middle school because I liked the age group. I love kids and typically have no problem getting along with them. I ran an after school homework help program which often resulted in homework as well as long discussions with the kids. I'm quite patient and am often told that I'm funny. Humor helps when you are working, playing, watching, and certainly teaching children.
