As a mother of 2 grown sons, one of whom is a parochial middle school teacher and my youngest son is now in Law school at Boston College, I have been caring for children for 23 years. I ran an in home daycare in collaboration with The Child Care Circuit, for 3 years when my children were young. I also worked as a paraprofessional for 4 years in a Middle school, and 6 more years in elementary school. I have a wonderful rapport with all age groups. As a Preschool teacher, I implemented all activites for the children so all individual children could participate. I had a wonderful relationship with the children and their parents. For the last two years I was a nanny for two children, ages 3 and 6. We had lots of fun going to the park, aquarium, beaches and library.

Sandy joined our family as a part time Nanny, having much experience in working with kids but never having been a Nanny for a family before. In the two years she helped us, we couldn’t have asked for more! She provided great care for our children and it was clear she truly loves our boys (4 & 7). She managed our house and kept us organized, ran errands, did the shopping and provided the structure our 7 year old who suffers from severe ADHD needed. Both my husband’s & my work changed and we needed her to work full time as well as manage our house. Sandy accepted these new responsibilities and never missed a beat caring for our kids. We only wish we could clone Sandy, as we now need more of a live-in Nanny since I bought a company and my husband now has to travel with his job. She is a breath of fresh air with a great attitude, a fun spirit and a ton of energy. Sandy was ALWAYS on time, she NEVER got sick (even though all the rest of us did) and she is a great communicator. She would be a great addition to any family. - The Donnells
