I have many years of experience with children of all ages. For starters,i have a 10 month old daughter who is super smart and healthy. Also being the oldest of three from a single mother, at 10 years old I had to learn how to take care of a newborn. I learned how to prepare formula, change diapers, bathe infants and much more. Also, throughout my high school years, I have worked with students in middle school as a mentor, teaching them about violence prevention. My first year of college I went to Wheelock College where I volunteered in a day care helping the instructors take care of infants and toddlers. I love working with kids and any age is fine. I have different ways of being able to connect with children and help make them feel safe and have fun, but also do what they need to do, i. Read more e., homework or chores. I have no problem working with parents and fulfilling their needs as far as what they want out of a caregiver. Working with children is my passion. From taking care of my own siblings, to my twin nephews, and even volunteering in day cares or middle schools, nothing makes me happier.
