I am a rising senior at Boston University studying special education, and I am looking for a regular part-time sitting job to supplement a summer research position. I have been babysitting since my early teens, and I enjoy spending time with and taking care of children of all ages. I have worked with children in schools as part of my BU coursework, and I have also served as a corps member with Jumpstart, a literacy program for disadvantaged preschoolers. I don’t rely on television or video games to entertain children; I love engaging kids in active and imaginative play, doing art/science/cooking projects, reading together, going for walks or to the playground, and so forth.
