I graduated from Providence College May 2015 as an elementary/special education major. I have student taught from grades K-4, including a self-contained classroom (k-2) with children who have moderate to severe disabilities. During my free time I have tutored, taught swimming lessons, and babysat for children ranging from 6 months to preteens. I have worked as a counselor at an all girls sleep away summer camp in North Carolina and at a day camp in a prestigious elementary school in New Jersey. Last summer I shadowed a Pediatric Neurologist in the hospital Centro Medico in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
