We are so sorry we can not give any star to Kerrianne (the one you see is because the sistem doesn't let you leave it blanc!). We have had scheduled the babysitting with her for two days in row one week in advance and texted with her the day before too, so we were absolutely disappointed when we realized she is not going to appear and still now,two hours later,were don't have any text,email or call giving an explanation.I assume-it would've be to much to expect a "sorry".Our first and such a bad experience with sittercity.All our plans are messed up today and I hope she will realized how harmful is her action to sittercity comunity!!!!
