As the second eldest in my family, I have watched over and cared for my 10+ cousins and second cousins for as long as I can remember. In addition, I began babysitting when I was 13-years-old (over 10 years ago). Always a dedicated and conscientious student, I have tutored at halfway homes and inner-city schools since I was 12-years-old. I have also been involved in various community service and volunteer activities since Junior High School, including volunteering at Children's Hospital Boston for three years, Perkins School for the Blind, and the soup kitchen at the Middlesex Human Services Agency. I have experience caring for children ranging from infants to teenagers, having worked in jobs ranging from a Boston Sports Club daycare employee to house/dog-sitting and nannying for a 14-year-old girl for a week. I am kind, patient, and caring, and am always gentle and understanding with children. I have a Read more very playful attitude, but can be all business when the situation requires. Having grown up in a household that values education and exploration, I like to spend time playing with and reading to the children I babysit, rather than sitting them in front of the television. I am currently a 1L (first-year student) at Georgetown Law, but I will be living at my parents' home in Wellesley during my inter-semester break. During that time, I would love to help you out with you childcare needs, whether it be as a nanny, a daytime babysitter, an evening babysitter, or someone to hold down the fort while you are out on a date night!
