I began working with children as an Inclusion Companion, helping children with disabilities integrate into a summer camp environment. The experience was so rewarding, and downright fun, that I've been working with kids ever since. Over the years, I've been a summer camp instructor, a camp counselor, a nanny, a tutor, an inclusion companion, a Sunday school teacher, and a youth group leader. I love learning about the children I work with, and making sure that we do lots of activities guaranteed to increase their curiosity about the world, and stimulate their desire to learn. Some of my favorite activities include kite making, baking, and kitchen science experiments. When I'm not working with kids or teaching, I have a part time administrative job at City Hall helping with public art projects. I have a BFA and an MFA, and I keep an active studio practice in Allston.
