I am a fun and nice 22 year old who loves kids. I also love to cook, read, and play games. I have been babysitting my little cousins since I was 13 years old and I also have successfully ran children's church during my high school years at my local church. During my college years I participated in Big Sister Little Sister and I currently work as a Teacher's Assistant at Boston College's Campus School, a school for severely special needs children. Through my experience babysitting and interacting with children, as well as my extensive training at my current job I am qualified to care for children that fall anywhere on the spectrum from normal developed children to children with severe special needs. I became a caregiver because children have an abundance of life and potential and I want to help nurture that. I love being a caregiver and a teacher because I love to see what kids can do. They are full of surprises. I also love seeing children accomplish new achievements and simply being able to open their eyes to activities that do not require a screen. I am good at being a care giver because I love doing it. I love finding fun activities to do with the kids that will keep them occupied. I truly get satisfaction out of seeing a kids face light up when they discover something new that they like. It is rewarding work for me.
