Hi, my name is Lea, I'm a 41-year-old female who is seeking a nanny position with a wonderful family to be a part of my life as well as there's. I have taken nursing and child care when I was in school, from new born to toddlers. I have two step children, one is a 15-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy. My 9-year-old has ADHD, so I'm familiar with children that have certain disorders. I do not have children of my own, but I have my step children every other week. I have also have been a PCA for two years taking care of a 50 yr old man with cerebral palsy, and currently I work in a nursing home rehab, which consists of doing daily activities with the elderly, from coloring to word games, jewelry making, beauty (doing there nails) entertainment , or just sitting with them and talking. Read more A lot of my residents that I'm with daily suffer from Alzheimer's and dementia. I'm a very loving, nurturing and caring person, who enjoys children and loves watching them grow. I do have experience with babysitting from new born to toddlers, watching my friends two girls since they were born. A child's smile and happiness is very rewarding to me. It brings me great joy to see them safe and happy.:)
