I am a social worker specializing in early childhood (15 mo - 5 yo). I have been babysitting for over 20 years for children ranging from 2 mo - 13 yo. I have babysat for several families over the years including a few families with infant twins. Before working as a social worker at a Head Start preschool, I was both an infant and preschool teacher.
