Sandy was with us for seven months before I decided to transition to a part-time role at work and thus, not needing a nanny anymore. Sandy was very attentive to detail, has great experience with children, she is punctual, flexible with her schedule and most importantly, she cared for our ten month old daughter as if she was her own.

Sandy started with us soon after our 2nd boy was born just over 4 years ago and has been with us the whole 4 years. We really feel like she loves the boys as her own and the boys love her! The boys can be a handful at times now that they are 4 and 6 but Sandy can handle it! She helped raise our youngest from diapers and potty training through walking both boys to and from school. She is competent and we trust her; also, you won't find Sandy on her phone all day like I imagine you would with younger girls today. We highly recommend Sandy and if we could go back in time we wouldn't hesitate hire Sandy again!

Sandra is fantastic and has been with us for 4+ years. My son adores her; he is in preschool now so Sandy is looking for more hours. She is very loving, but knows how to be firm in a quiet tone. She also has a deep understanding of human nature & differences, and sees the individual child with their unique needs. She knows how to play at floor level with a child, and how to have fun on a rainy day! My son has some developmental delays and she has helped him with these issues. She is very perceptive and observant, so I trust her to be my representative if I cannot attend Doctor or Speech or Occupational Therapy appointments. Highly recommended.
