Donna worked for me for a few weeks. She was initially very anxious to take the job. She did as best as she could with homework and serving pre-made meals, she took a day off to go to a Holiday party, and called in last minute because she had the "flu". When I spoke to her about her un-reliability she texted me back and quit on the spot saying we were not a good match. I feel this is immature and unprofessional conduct, not to mention the stress to me and my three children.
