Hello! I am a current therapist working with young children, looking to make extra income through childcare. I graduated with my MSW from the University of Washington in 2019 with a focus on Children Youth and Families. Originally from Boston, I graduated from Boston College's School of Education in 2013 with a degree in Child Psychology and Sociology. I have extensive experiences with children of various ages in a variety of setting. I've been babysitting families for the last 13 years. I taught pee-wee tennis for 5 years, and for 2 years worked with children in domestic violence and shelter settings and received my child care license in Boise, ID. I've volunteered in a preschool and mentored/tutored elementary school and middle school students and worked with children 0-3 at an Early Head Start center. I am also trained as a birth doula and have experience with infants. Throughout college and Read more my professional life, I have had the pleasure of nannying and babysitting many great families! I'm responsible, organized, energetic, outgoing, creative and compassionate. I have my own car and am comfortable with pets. I enjoy engaging in child-led play, being outside or facilitating games and crafts. I am fully vaccinated and have received a booster. With my current work schedule, I am available in the evenings Mon-Thur after 7pm, and am mostly available on Friday night after 5pm and throughout weekends. I look forward to hearing from you!
