As a mother with two college age children, I have had extensive experience. Owning my own business, I was able to work my hours around my children's schedule, and was home when they were. Our house was where all the kids came to play each and every day. I am a teacher of Arts And Crafts For Enrichment to the elderly and memory impaired. I was chosen, out of many applicants, to be a Design Fellow for an innovative new program at MIT in Boston this past summer. The program was called Open Style Lab which created adaptive clothing for people with disabilities. I graduated with a BS in Psychology and have started work towards my Masters Degree. I also received my certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine and am a Reiki Master. Having the Art and teaching background enables me to create a fun learning environment for your children. Many Read more children do not learn in a traditional way, and being creative can open new doors for them.
