Britni is a nanny to our one-year-old for one day a week. We mostly loved how our very shy baby was immediately comfortable with Britni, and how she really has formed a special bond with our daughter. She goes above and beyond thinking about our daughter and what she would enjoy while they are together. We recently hired Britni through sittercity to watch our baby (5 months) and toddler (19 months) while we went out to dinner. As relatively new parents and first-time users of sittercity, we were very happy to find Britni. She was extremely professional from our first interaction, took the time to meet with us over the phone in advance, and was clearly quite experienced with childcare for all ages and highly qualified. She was communicative both leading up to and throughout the evening, followed our instructions, and took great care of the baby (toddler was asleep). We would definitely and hope to hire her again!
