Hello :D I'm a college student currently attending UMass Lowell - I'm majoring in Art History & Cultural Studies with 3 more semesters left. I'm holding perfect GPA and strive for excellence both academically and in life. Putting my "serious" mind aside, I also know how to enjoy small things and love to spend time with people dear to my heart, exchanging giggles and positive energy I'm originally from Montenegro and also speak Serbian/Croatian. I've been a live-in babysitter for an amazing family with 5 children for the last 5 1/2 years. Kids were 5 through 15 when I started - 4 boys and one girl. I would prefer to work with school age kids as I don't have experience with children under 4 yrs old. I'm very comfortable with busy schedules/multitasking, and prefer to be active and on the move rather than sitting around the house and watching TV. Read more Being interested in arts and culture, I love doing artistic projects and visiting museum/historic landmarks/art fairs as I believe they are important for kids enrichment. I love cooking and I'm constantly trying new recipes that whole family might enjoy! I love to exercise and be outdoors, especially in the summer, and try to involve the kids in doing the same. I don't mind light housework, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I love animals and enjoy being around playful pets! I don't have my own car but I do have a valid MA driver's license. I'm comfortable driving in busy cities like Boston and have a perfect driving record. Currently, I'm looking for a live-in position with an active and engaging family for the summer before I return to school in September. I'm available starting end of May/beginning of June and are willing to work on weekends if necessary. Starting from September, I'm looking for a live-in position ideally around Lowell, MA area to work early mornings/mid-afternoons & evenings as most of my classes will be in the morning. I could also consider working up to 15 hrs of childcare and house help in exchange for room & board and possibly use of a car (I'd pay my own gas) for going to college while kids are at school. Overall I'm hoping for sincere and warm connection with a flexible family to help with busy schedule and be a loving big sister in the house! I'm happy to provide references from my current family.
