I'm 57 and have 3 adult children. I have just retired after many years in an administrative role. I still need to work but do not want to sit behind a computer. I have always loved children so babysitting seemed to be the best answer. I am energetic, love taking walks and being outside I also love to read books, play games and do crafts. I was a daycare provider many years ago, Girl Scout Leader and read often in my children's classrooms. I chaperoned every class trip and many CYC trips as well. I'm know as Grammie Sue to many children and Momma Sue to most young adults in my life. I volunteered at Camp Sunshine, a camp for seriously ill children and their families. I also volunteered at Camp to Belong, a camp for siblings separated in foster care. I would love to have the opportunity to care Read more for your child/children. Susan was a great help during the entire week of vacation of the kids. Audrey received a lot of love and care. Susan brought some of her own children books as well as her ipad to show videos, read stories to her. She quickly learned how to feed Audrey though her g-tube which enabled me more liberty of time with my home-office work. Susan also showed some flexibility in the start and end times which was very useful since things were changing (somewhat) every day and this was a first for US (Dad and kids). Susan is energetic and will look out for additional tasks like laundry folding (thanks!) When weather permitted, she took Audrey on walks around the neighborhood. Very happy with everything and planning to use Susan's services again in the future.
