I am a single parent and I play in an orchestra on Tuesday nights. Molly has been our regular babysitter for just under 3 years now. She is warm and caring, and my son loves her. She clearly cares about our family, and does everything she can to take good care of us. The factors I especially appreciate about Molly: * She is incredibly reliable and always on time. I think in three years she has only had to cancel once, and she arranged a substitute if we needed one. * She is warm but firm with the little one. She is respectful of our rules and our way of doing things, but she's flexible and handles things creatively * She's up for any sort of help, making dinner, practicing piano, homework, coordinaing skype with his dad, she's on it * She goes out of her way to make things fun, she brings crafts and takes my son on outings when she babysits during the day or on weekends * She is willing to do some driving and/or picking up from activities when necessary * She is willing to take my son to the orchestra concerts so he can get that experience while I play onstage * She is willing to babysit extra kids if two families want to go out together * She asks ahead about my babysitting needs when it's clear I've forgotten to ask her (like one of the concerts or something) All in all, I can't recommend her enough. You should hire her. Although we met her through sitter city, at this point we consider her a good friend.

We are so lucky we found Molly ! She came into our chaos and made tranquility! Responsible, timely and trustworthy with our 3 under 3!!!
