I contacted Briana to watch my preschooler a few months ago and she responded saying that she was interested. When I called her to discuss the posting and confirm her availability, she sounded distracted but she did confirm her availability and interest and reassured me multiple times that she would be there on time. That was the last I heard from her. She never showed up and when I tried to contact her to figure out if she was on her way or if I needed to find a replacement, she never responded. I was unable to find a replacement on such short notice and had to rearrange my plans for the entire day to be able to take care of my daughter myself. I was appalled by her irresponsibility and disappointed/frustrated with the whole experience.
