Starting in 7th grade I began working as a camp counselor with children from ages 5-14. I participated in being a group leader at the summer camp Aspire for several years. During my undergrad at Stonehill College I studied psychology and communications. While at school I spent a semester interning at an elementary school in Brockton. I also participated in two services trips during my time at Stonehill that were heavily involved with educators and helping them with their curriculum and daily tasks with their students. Currently I am working at a pre-school/ Kindergarden in Brookline! Interspersed between my work experience I have babysat for several families in the town that I grew up in. I am told by my friends and family often that I am empathetic, caring, active, and enthusiastic person. I believe that kids should spend more time outside and being active. There is nothing better then knowing you have made a child smile by helping him or her accomplish a new task or provide them with the tools to experience activities they enjoy.
