Hello! My name is Iara (e-are-uh) I'm 30 years old and have 15 years experience working with children. I am a Montessori trained educator, having worked at Montessori Schools for 4 years both as an assistant and lead educator. My approach will always be meeting the child where they are at, and working on their developmental growth at their pace. I value communication with caregivers and love working together to make sure that all of your child's needs are met by providing age appropriate activities and materials so they can be free to learn through play. On my free time, I like to take photos of landscapes, make art, hang out with my cat, and take care of my plants and garden.
