I I consider myself a lifelong babysitter. I started my career as a mother's helper at the age of 11, and then moved onto full time babysitter by the time I was 12, mostly taking care of a 1 year old with Asperger Syndrome until he was 10. I grew up on Cape Cod so babysat a lot of vacationers children including a family of two children ages 4 and 6 throughout several summers when I was in high school and college. I have been working as a Project Manager at a textbook publisher for the last 10 years in downtown Boston. Most of my friends have children, so my most recent babysitting has involved overnights with my friends 8 year old son and the occasional sitting for my friends one and two year olds.
