Hi there! My name is Ivy and I grew up in NH, attended UNH and now work full time in Cambridge! Through middle school and high school I did a lot of babysitting in the neighborhood and for younger siblings and cousins. Additionally, I volunteered with my schools Special Olympics program for 7 years. In college I majored in Family Studies and Human Development with a minor in Nutrition. I enjoyed and excelled in my child and adolescent development courses and even babysat my professors children on the weekends. Post college, I lived in Madrid, Spain for 11 months teaching English at two Bilingual Academies. I was responsible for teaching children ages 5-12 Math, Science, Social Studies and private lessons all in English. My favorite part of teaching abroad were my combined private lessons with mothers and children together! I'm here to help families with some occasional/one-time babysitting after work. Read more I hope I can help you and your family! I look forward to hearing from you.
