Eliane worked for us for nearly a year caring for my two sons. She is a kind, gentle and very sensitive person. She was great with both my children, but especially so with my younger one who had medical issues. He was unable to eat or sleep well as a result, and Eliane's patient, gentle approach was invaluable in helping him through that difficult time. Her empathy and sensitivity to young children, especially when they are pre-verbal, is a real asset for anyone seeking an experienced caregiver for their children.

Eliane has been a wonderful caregiver for our family and we couldn't be happier with her! She has the wonderful balance of being an experienced nanny while also having the energy and playful nature to keep two active children (toddler and 4 yr old) happy and busy. My boys warmed up to her right away and look forward to her coming. She always gives me a full report when I return and I can tell she really enjoys being with the children. She has been an asset to our family and I highly recommend her.

She has incredible energy and genuinely loves what she does. Eliane arrives at our house each morning on-time with a big smile on her face, ready to play, read, draw with my daughter. Eliane is always willing to do whatever needs to be done in order to keep my toddler happy, engaged and safe. They go on outings together to the park, the library, local music and gym classes etc. I leave the house each day knowing that I have a very smart and capable person taking care of my child.
