Melanie cared for my newborn from about the time he was one month to 3 months (about 12-15 hours a week). She is always on time, friendly, and caring. I feel very at-ease with leaving her with him when I have a meeting at the office. I can't rave enough about her.

Melanie cared for my 7 month old and a friend's 11 week old while we were in Atlantic City. The thought of watching two children terrified both of us Mom's, but Melanie made it look easy! She was prompt, kind, calm, and wonderful with both of the boys - we were so lucky to have her help on this trip.
