I am currently a sophomore at Westfield State University, looking for a part time job. I have worked at the Melrose YMCA Childcare Center back in my hometown for over two years. I was just re-certified in CPR and First Aid in August through the Red Cross. I love working with kids and I have been babysitting since I was a freshman in high school. I work in the Preschool One classroom back at the childcare center, which has kids aged from 2.9-3.9 years of age in it. Although, I have worked in classrooms with younger and older kids. My responsibilities there include playing with the kids and making sure that they are playing with each other nicely, prepare snacks and lunches, play with them on the playground, clean up and organize the classroom, put the kids down for nap, etc. As well as being a kid lover, I am Read more also an animal lover so pets will never be an issue with me!
