I have recently joined Sittercity in the hopes of finding a babysitting/nanny position because I love interacting with kids. I enjoy babysitting for family members, neighbors, or friends and so I thought it would be perfect to find a steady summer job babysitting. I am very energetic and am always willing to get up, play games and sports, or make arts and crafts. Also in high school I tutored underclassmen in mathematics, so I am able to work one on one with children while they do their homework. My experience babysitting has included watching children from the ages of 2-12. I am more comfortable with toddlers and above because I have not had many experiences with infants. Overall I am able to play and be imaginative with the little ones, while also being able to interact with the older kids.
