I am an undergraduate student at Northeastern University, currently living in the Mission Hill area of Boston. I study environmental studies, international affairs, and social entrepreneurship. As far as my experience with children goes, I worked at an after-school daycare for two years, a day camp for a year, and an overnight night in the Adirondack mountains for three years. These positions have given me ample experience working with and hanging with kids, acting as a lacrosse counselor, supervisor, friend, playmate, and improviser extraordinaire. I became a certified mandated reporter at the after-school position and have taken multiple safety courses, including Emergency First Response and basic first aid. I am also returning back to the overnight camp in the Adirondacks this summer to work with older kids participating in an eight-week wilderness program-- I love getting to hang with kids!
