My name is Sam Alich and I am a Junior majoring in Finance at Quinnipiac University. I found my passion for childcare when I started babysitting in middle school. I have five years of lifeguard experience so I have both my CPR and First Aid certifications. When I initially began lifeguarding at a local YMCA, my boss saw my ability to connect with children and offered me an assistant swim instructor position which eventually developed into a private-lesson swim instructor position. When I was 17 I moved onto working at an after-school program at a private sports club that was also a full-time summer camp in the summer. I supervised and played with children ages four to twelve. I am an Eagle Scout and love volunteering to participate in community service.
