I began babysitting prior to my teenage years, mostly for young cousins then for neighborhood families and others nearby, and I developed a great affinity to caring for children. I am a camp counselor on beautiful Lake Winnepesauke, NH, during summers, which has provided me with first aid, oxygen, and lifeguard training as well as abundant child development training in a classroom setting as well as in outdoor activities and all around camp. In addition, I chose to coach a young cheerleading team during the Falls and Winters of my high school career. I greatly enjoy caring for pets as well. I will be taking a gap year before attending The University of Massachusetts, Amherst to pursue a deeper understanding of practical holistic wellness and organic farming. With the help of Sitter City I hope to fill in various time gaps between trips with helping out others.
