I grew up with four siblings; I've been babysitting since I was six. I babysat each of my siblings, followed by our family friends' babies, then my teachers' kids - and when I got to college, I started watching my professors' kids. Babysitting makes sense to me, and I love it. Spending time focusing entirely on the needs of another human being puts the world in perspective for me. And I have experience with infants (age 2 months) through pre-teens (age 11).
