Hi, my name is Amanda. I live in North Attleboro, MA and I am an 18-year-old senior at North Attleboro High School. I have been a gymnastics coach/teacher since I was 13 years old in 8th grade at O'Leary's Gymnastics Center in Norton, MA. I have worked with kids from the preschool age all the way up to 12 and 13 years old. I have also worked there as a gymnastics camp counselor/teacher for the same range of ages. With this experience, I have learned to know when it is a good time to have fun with children, as well as when it is time to settle down and take control if the kids are in a situation where a higher power is necessary. I have also acquired the skill of calming down a child who is crying, and upset and can get them back on task. Overall, while handling Read more the children responsibly, I have found that my personality and ways of communicating with kids will almost always derive a positive reaction from them, allowing us to have a fun time together! As of right now my schedule is only open limitedly as you can see, but as soon as I am out of school by mid- May, my availability will be much more frequent just in time for summer!
