Hello, my name is Linda and I love children! Children bring out the youth in me! Although I'm 56 I still feel young and I love to cuddle and give children the attention & praise to develop their self esteem.. I have my college degree in Art Education (K-12). I'm a single mom, and raised my two sons who are grown now and away at college. They are doing wonderfully. They have been on the Dean's List every semester at the private colleges they attend and are currently juniors. I feel a sense of fulfillment in interacting with young children and encouraging them, seeing them smile makes my heart swell in happiness. I have experience with infants to toddlers to school age, My nephew's wife had twin girls two years ago. Two afternoons a week since their birth I helped in caring for the twins. Changing them, bathing, feeding, rocking Read more to sleep, and as they got older playing with them, helping with their first steps, etc. taking care of them when they were sick of course. The twins have now gone to day care. But when I see them they come running to me with smiles and hugs for me! Currently I watch a 2 year old girl one morning a week while my friend works as a massage therapist. I believe in "Safety First" and always taught my children how to be safe. I am affectionate and a "giving" person. I have a perfect driving record and am able to pick up your children at day care if necessary.
