I am a fun, energetic and detail oriented female. I love making a difference and being outdoors. I am very easy to get along with and open up to. Children gravitate toward my positive energy and laid back personality. Some hobbies of mine are snowboarding, hiking, swimming, camping, and going to the gym. Employers and families would say that I am a highly motivated and skillful individual who is a great mentor for others. I am a recent graduate of Bridgewater State University where I graduated with a BS degree in Social Work and criminal justice. My previous experience as a nanny are when I used to care for a 13 year old named Vanessa which is a family friends daughter. I would usually take Vanessa to the mall, out to eat, or out for ice-cream by familys request. I watched Vanessa for about two years. After that, I became Read more a volunteer babysitter at Elite Health and Fitness center in Stoughton MA. I watched up to 15 children one night per week at the gym to help family and members so they could enjoy their gym membership without having to worry about their child! I watched over children of all ages with a variety of Mental Health illnesses. Four years later I am now a case coordinator/social worker. My most recent experience has been working at an Adult Day Health Center with all adults of any age with a variety of mental illnesses. I monitor their day to day behaviors, update careplan, and MDS, and contact families if need be. I am hoping to be a perfect nanny for someone while i continue my career in the social services field. I currently hold a CNA certification, CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, and tips certification. I can assure you that your child will grow a never ending bond with me and I am very good at making others feel completely comfortable.
