Hello! I am currently employed in the education department of a local non-profit, and have lots of experience with children both in an educational and informal setting. I've taught crafting at summer camps, been a babysitter since my early teenage years, and grown up surrounded by younger cousins to play with. We hired Kristen H. to watch our three children while my husband and I were at a family wedding. Kristen was very prompt in replying to our request through Sittercity, and very engaging on the phone when we spoke prior to meeting. She came for an in-person interview and was on time and personable, engaging our children right away. When the big day came, Kristen and another sitter were supposed to be working together to watch our three children (4, 2, infant). The other sitter didn't show up. I couldn't believe it! But Kristen handled the situation with complete grace, and we were happy to find a well-behaved 4-year-old (who had a ton of fun!), a sleeping 2-year old, and a happy baby upon our return. I will definitely use Kristen again, and recommend her to other families looking for a sitter!
