I have my BA in English-Literature and I am planning to eventually continue my education in order to become an English teacher. I have experience working with children ranging in ages from two to eight years old in both classroom and home environments. I was an assistant preschool teacher and I have volunteered at elementary schools. I love working with children and encouraging their creativity and passions. I feel it is very important to encourage children in all things from education to play and that matching them in enthusiasm is vital in the development of their self-esteem and intellectual curiosity. I feel that teaching and being a caregiver are two of the most important and rewarding jobs one can have. I understand how important it is to be a proper role model and a nurturing member of a child's support system.
