My name is Sarah Beckner, and I am currently living in the Wareham area full time. I graduated from Framingham State with a degree in Elementary Education. I completed my masters in special education for moderate disabilities K-8th grade. I am a full time special education teacher at the Cape Cod Collaborative. I work with second, third, and fourth graders. I have worked with children my entire life, between babysitting jobs, working as a camp counselor for several summers in a row, and the many field studies and student teaching I completed throughout college, my 1:1 experience through Latham, and now my teaching job. I love working with kids, and I love being able to influence their lives in a positive manner. Many children deal with so much negativity in this day and age, and I like to be able to make children feel safe and secure. I love to read, listen to music, Read more and dance. I also love playing games, whether inside or outside. Kids are a joy to work with, and I have a lot of fun doing it as well.
