I am a single mother of a 18 year old daughter. I have a Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have successfully operated a family daycare for 23 years caring for children ages 8 weeks - 7 years, and I have successfully opened and operated Little Darlings Preschool as Director and lead teacher for 8 years. I have worked in the Salem school system for the many years with children in preschool to third grade. I have worked with children with ADD/ADHD, autism, Aspergers, and behavioral disorders. I love caring for and teaching children. I recognize the importance of structure and routine for child(ren) to feel safe and secure within their growing and learning environments.
