I am a recently retired Executive Pastry Chef who is not ready to sit at home and do nothing all day. I kept thinking what am I going to do now? I’m a 54 year old mother of two grown children and 3 Grandchildren. My daughter works for the State of Massachusetts children services in the adoption department. Who kept saying watch kids Mom you love babies. So now that I’m retired I decided to seek a job watching children because of my love for babies and children. I loved my job as a pastry chef creating things that made people smile. In my eyes children are little sponges that love to learn new things , use there hands to create things. I do believe children like structure and a day filled of learning activity ,outside play , music ,crafts , making healthy meals and snacks together , quiet time Read more and possibly learning a little simple baking of cookies Etc.
