I have babysat in the past, although very little during graduate school due to time constraints. I enjoy working with children, and have worked with families from many different cultures and backgrounds. I love to cook ethnic dishes, including the children in the kitchen when age appropriate! I really like to interact with children about different cultures--both learning and teaching languages. I am proficient at French and beginning to learn Arabic, have no Spanish skills but am very willing to learn! Absolutely love dogs, wish I had time for one of my own. I held certification in lifeguarding, first aid, CPR, and AED a few years ago, although all have expired by now, I still maintain the skills!
