She paid attention to a long list of information in a short time with ease and also was gracious to give me time to chat beforehand via phone for my piece of mind. Our 2 little ones instantly connected with her gentle and caring manner and we felt safe leaving them in her hands. Thank you for helping us out - we would feel very lucky to have her help again!
