I am a nanny who loves her job. I completely immerse myself in the lives and experiences of the children I care for, because I know that everything I give them is a gift for their future. You may find me dancing along with your child to their favorite song or getting pulled into the story I'm reading them and acting out all the characters' parts. I have never found a more fulfilling job than being involved in the growth and development of a young child. I have 10+ years of experience working with children primarily from infant to early school-age. I not only care for the child's basic needs but also pour my energy into assisting in their intellectual, physical and emotional development. I also invest my time instilling respect, manners, kindness, empathy and nurturing a healthy imagination. I'm also a mama to a very sweet and kind 2.5 Read more year old girl. I'd hoped to get her into preschool this year but it seems she'll just miss the cut-off as far as age requirements go. Therefore, my daughter would be with me when I come to care for your child, but this has never been a problem before. She gets along well with other children and I'm very good at dividing my attention. I hope to work with you to be the best caregiver I can be for your child(children).

Cathy has been caring for our infant for about 40 hours a week for the past several months. I had a hard time heading back to work after he was born but I have never worried about him under Cathy's care. She is calm, confident, reliable, and loving (and as an added bonus she is a great cook). My son's face lights up when he sees her. Due to a job change, we can't keep her on board. They next family that hires her will be lucky to have her!

I want to recommend Cathy for anyone seeking an intelligent, artistic and warm person to look after their child/children. We interviewed Cathy to look after our 3-month old and she was in the top spot but for the distance she lives from us. Otherwise, I wouldn't be writing this review, I'd be seeing her every day in my home! Cathy impressed my husband and I with her calm demeanor, creative flair and clear passion for what she does - partnering with parents to care for their children. I truly believe the family that invites Cathy to look after their children will not be disappointed.

Cathy has been working for our family for the past 2 years, typically a 30 hour work week. We have 2 young kids and they absolutely adore Cathy. Cathy is confident in her skills as a caregiver and is very compassionate and loving. As a work at home mom, I saw first hand just how skilled Cathy is in caring for kids. She loves being outside in nature with the kids and is very creative on those rainy/cold days. Due to a change in scheduling with the kids, we do not need Cathy the full week. Though we are sad she will not be with us on a daily basis, we know she will make another family very happy.
