To Whom It May Concern: Patty was such a gem to find on SitterCity last year when I was looking for a sitter to help out when my prior sitter decreased her availability. I met Patty, a mom of three young adults, and loved her energy immediately and her instant bond with my then 4 year daughter. I knew she would be a great fit for our family. They went on many adventures together. The daily routine during the school year was Patty would pickup my daughter from school, make lunch and do light homework and then some fun activity. Basically 4 hours. During the summer it was 3 longer days of fun filled activities and Patty always had great ideas to fill the time which she termed as adventures. She also has a young labrador Monty that my daughter just loved who often went with them to the brooks/streams in Amherst. Patty always had Olivia do her homework first (such as handwriting practices) before doing fun stuff and knew how to deal with meltdowns never losing her cool which could be kind of tough to do. Patty is a wonderful and completely caring and nurturing lady who will be a wonderful addition as a sitter to anyone's household. She is very helpful and always in a good mood. My daughter misses her already (its only been a couple days) but we live just a few streets away and will be stopping by often to see Patty and her family.
