In sixth grade I took my first babysitting course and from then on I knew I wanted to work with kids. Since then I have taken my passion for helping children grow and learn and used it in many other occupations. I have worked as a camp counselor for five summers in a row with ages ranging from five to ten. I have also worked with the company "Autism Intervention Specialist" as an ABA pro performing behavioral therapy with children on the spectrum. My most recent position has been at a private day care as a lead toddler teacher. All of my experience with children has been extremely rewarding. I have also had many hours of both observation and teaching in grades K-3rd in various public schools. This fall I am student teaching and will have my license to teach grades Pre-K to second when completed in December.
